Payment and shipping

We try to make shopping with us as convenient as possible. Therefore, we offer several payment options so that you can choose the one that suits you best.

Orders are being prepared within a week.

Payment:

Cash on delivery (only available for shipping within Ukraine): payment is made upon receipt of the goods at a Nova Poshta branch or upon delivery by a Nova Poshta courier. Please note that with this payment method, you will have to pay Nova Poshta’s fee for transferring money.

Payment by card on the website: you can pay for your order online using a bank card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Apple/Google Pay. (available for shipping across Ukraine and around the world)

Delivery:

All prints are checked for flaws or damage before shipping and packed in cardboard tubes with lids. We put all photos from one order into one tube.

Within Ukraine, we deliver our goods with the help of “Nova poshta” company. The order is dispatched within 1-2 working days from the moment the print is made.
Currently, this delivery method is only available for delivery within Ukraine

International delivery is carried out by the EMS service.

The term of delivery outside of Ukraine depends on the destination. The cost of delivery outside of Ukraine will be displayed in the shopping cart at the time of placing the order.

After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation and Nova Poshta’s Tracking number, or the track number of the international shipment. If you have any questions or problems with the order or payment – please contact us and we will try to solve them as quickly and efficiently as possible.
